Aerospace Engineering Alumni Success story

Chandigarh University is one of the leading and emerging universities not only in north India but in the whole country. When I joined Chandigarh University, I never thought that the University will give me so much in these four years. I completed my graduation as part of the maiden batch 2015-2019 of Aerospace Engineering. Currently, I am working as a Data Author with leading aircraft manufacturing company, Boeing Aerospace based in Chennai after successfully completing an internship with Lufthansa Cargo AG in Delhi. I sincerely thank and respectfully recollect Chandigarh University’s unique way of combining the process of learning the regular curriculum along with personal development. This ensures that the students are equipped with all the soft skills required to get into corporate and be successful without having to deal with a steep learning curve.

One of the most challenging areas of engineering, AerospaceEngineering deals with the development of new technology in the field of aviation, space and defense systems. Chandigarh University is one of the few universities in North India to offer this course. Though the department is young, it has attained a great height within very few span of time. The course structure of the department helped me to gain valuable knowledge and develop technical skills, which provided great support in the industry.

The curriculum of CU is so diverse that it helps to make us Industry ready. Additional training for soft skills and periodic personality development programs made me confident, strong and motivated. Also, the unique open elective lectures made me explore other subjects apart from aerospace engineering. Finally, I would like to suggest everyone that if you want to explore new elements and unleash your true potential then join Chandigarh University.
