 Job profile: Secured placement in a high profile Company namely Wipro Limited. Total experience 3 years and 3 months worked as Salesforce Consultant with headquarters at Bengaluru, Karnataka (India). Job secured through the placement derive organized by Chandigarh University at its Campus where  high profile Companies interviewed the students at its campus and I was selected and placed by Wipro Limited on a good position offering high remuneration. The credit of all this goes to Chandigarh University. Prashant is awarded for his outstanding contribution as being part of the GEHC team by Wipro.


Prashant Uniyal amplifies that with the brilliantly aligned course structure, the ChandigarhUniversity has opened the door for getting lucrative jobs in blue-chip companies like Wipro Limited. The faculty is kind, brilliant and available for guidance and discussions all the time. Taking admission in B. Tech.  programme  in Chandigarh University was the best decision of my life. CU for me is the life changing path. It opened all the new doors for me. I never imagined myself that one day by passing  B. Tech degree from Chandigarh University, I will be able to get a very good position in Wipro Limited. What I am to-day is all because of the required help,  guidance, motivation, and direction provided to me from time to time by the Faculty of Chandigarh University. The University provided education and career-oriented atmosphere at its campus. My advice to new students is to believe in yourself and believe in CU. CU gathers all the skills and infused in me and prepared me for my career at any given platform. CU infrastructure is well resourced. I would recommend anyone and everyone to seek admission in any diversified discipline of CU, who has dreams to reach unknown heights and most importantly have the courage to dream big.

9 Engineering courses at Chandigarh University get ABET accreditation

 Chandigarh University now has the highest number of ABET accredited engineering courses among private universities in the country Chandigarh University (CU), Gharuan, has earned the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) recognition for its nine engineering programmes. Chancellor Satnam Singh Sandhu claimed that CU now has the highest number of ABET accredited engineering courses among private universities in the country. Honorable Chancellor, S. Satnam Singh Sandhu added that ABET, a premier global accreditation organisation for engineering and engineering technology programmes, is considered as evidence of an engineering programme’s standards.
