Learn to balance the scale of Justice from esteemed Judges, educationists from across the globe at CU's International Conference

Chandigarh University has persistently strived to mentor our students in growing up as responsible and global citizens. Among our various initiatives, we focus on giving back to society through intellect by emphasizing the all-round development of a student and keeping the outside factors into account. Since its inception, the varsity has hosted distinguished national & international dignitaries who have mentored our students, and even during the lockdowns in 2020, we ensured there was no lockdown on learning. 





Continuing the same in 2021, Chandigarh University is kicking-off the year with a one-of-its-kind and largest international webinar with globally recognized legal professionals. The mega webinar will be graced by esteemed Judges from the Supreme Court of India as well. The international webinar on ‘Global Challenges of Modern Times’ will delve into four topics signifying the agenda. Representatives of the Corporate Sector, Faculty Members, and Students from a number of universities in India and Abroad would also be a part of the event.

Chandigarh University has been proactively engaging with top educationists, corporates, and renowned personalities from different fields to broaden the horizons of qualitative learning. The University, in its initial years, has held various National and International conferences on diverse subjects. Even during COVID – 19, the University has organized about 300 Webinars nationally and internationally where distinguished public figures have delivered the lectures and even had interactive sessions with a large number of attendees, students, and faculty members.

The international webinar will discuss the agenda 'Global challenges of Modern Times' in two different sessions, morning and evening. The event will be hosting top legal professionals from the UK, Australia, Brazil, Hawaii (USA), Chile, and many more along with esteemed judges from the Supreme Court of India Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ajay Manikrao Khanwilkar (Supreme Court Judge, Former Chief Justice, Madhya Pradesh High Court & Himachal Pradesh High Court), Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul (Supreme Court Judge, Former Chief Justice Madras High Court & Punjab, and Haryana High Court), Hon'ble Mr. Justice Bhushan Ramakrishna Gavai (Supreme Court Judge, Former Judge Bombay High Court), and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Surya Kant (Supreme Court Judge, Former Chief Justice Himachal Pradesh High Court) will be amongst our elite panel of distinguished guests. 
 
Mark the dates January 30 and January 31 and join us with our esteemed guests as we discuss the agenda of international importance. The morning session will be held between 9:50 am to 11:55 am and the evening session will be held between 2:50 pm to 4:50 pm on both days.
