Welcoming Newbies into the Chandigarh University
One of a kind Freshers joined us a month ago and with full enthusiasm, we celebrated their presence with Aaghaz 2014. It was our first attempt to make your year enthusiastic and unforgettable.
Various dignitaries joined us in this day filled with excitement, joy, music, enthusiasm, laughter and happiness.
The chief guest of the event was Shri Sampson David, Joint Secretary, Meeting & Youth Affairs, AIU. He addressed the new students and discussed the importance of #education in our lives.
DJ Shilpi and Team entertained the crowd with their thumping beats wherein Luv O Trigger sang some hip numbers.
Inderjeet Nikku also graced us with his presence and entertained the crowd with his Punjabi melodies. Sonia Kaur from Hum Hai Teen Khurapaati, upcoming Bollywood movie crowned our freshers.
Shout out to Mr. Fresher - Shagun, Ms. Fresher - Samriti Gill. The girl who stole our hearts with her beautiful smile - Kavya Khullar and Mr. Well Dressed - Karanveer Singh.
